Restoring Harmony in Your Relationships and Within Yourself

You’re in the right place if you’re having intrusive, repetitive, worry-filled thoughts, or conversations with your partner lack understanding, clarity, and compassion.

If you often dwell on potential problems and worst-case scenarios, expecting things to go wrong… if you frequently feel physically tense, restless, or on edge and find it nearly impossible to relax… and if these struggles feel like a constant part of your life, ANXIETY THERAPY, SOMATIC THERAPY, or COUPLES THERAPY can help.

I’m Gina, a Dual-Licensed Therapist and Clinical Supervisor that specializes in anxiety and relationship therapy.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Supervisor, and Somatic Experiencing Practitioner. I hold a BA in Behavioral Sciences and an MA in Counseling. My interest in human behavior, a deep desire to be of service, and my own meaningful experiences in therapy led me to this work. I am dedicated to helping individuals and couples increase self-awareness, reconnect with their inner strengths, and live more fulfilling lives.
